We are using 3 different
locations in close areas, this will allow more time for filming and less time
wasted spent driving to different locations.
The first location is in
shehzas house as it is the average house that belongs to a typical family. This
idea of a normal house invokes more fear in the audience as they start to believe
that the horrifying things the protagonist experiences can happen to anyone of
them. We will film in two rooms of the house he bedroom, which resembles the characters
bedroom, where a lot of filming will be done as the entire movie is based on
the characters nightmares, and the living room which has a nice antique and
vintage design which is suitable for the vibe and style we are going for.
The other location is the
abandoned house, which is really close to shehzas house as it is the
neighboring house. This will give us a setting
we need for our shots, the rooms and the inside of the house have chipped walls
and there is no electricity, the windows are open causing the curtains to blow,
creating a sinister atmosphere.
The scenes where we use the
doctor, we will be using the clubhouse of the compound. It has white walls, simple
sofas and tables, which conveys to a therapists office. However we must note
that it will be hard to film as it is a clubhouse and many people will walk around
and make sound so we may make a plan on the correct timings when there are less
people around.
